JD for HR Executive:

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on job requirements
  • Scheduling interviews with the hiring managers and coordinating the entire process
  • Assisting in conducting new hire orientation programs
  • Maintaining employee records and updating the database regularly
  • Handling employee queries related to benefits, leaves, payroll, etc.
  • Assisting in performance management processes such as goal setting and performance evaluations
  • Coordinating with departments for training needs identification and organizing relevant training programs
  • Supporting in creating HR policies and procedures according to company standards

 Requirements:

  • Any 2023 & 2024 passed out graduate can apply
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  •  Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

JD for Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, complaints or general questions.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues if needed.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Follow up with customers on pending issues or requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing or shipping to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Meet set targets for average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Continuously update knowledge base of products, processes and policies to provide efficient service to customers.

 Qualifications:

  • Any recent graduates except BE/Btech/ME/Mtech/MCA
  • Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards resolving conflicts
