JD for HR Executive:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Scheduling interviews with the hiring managers and coordinating the entire process
- Assisting in conducting new hire orientation programs
- Maintaining employee records and updating the database regularly
- Handling employee queries related to benefits, leaves, payroll, etc.
- Assisting in performance management processes such as goal setting and performance evaluations
- Coordinating with departments for training needs identification and organizing relevant training programs
- Supporting in creating HR policies and procedures according to company standards

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

JD for Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, complaints or general questions.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues if needed.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
- Follow up with customers on pending issues or requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing or shipping to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Meet set targets for average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Continuously update knowledge base of products, processes and policies to provide efficient service to customers.
Qualifications:
- Any recent graduates except BE/Btech/ME/Mtech/MCA
- Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards resolving conflicts
