Winx Consulting Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Customer Support Representative for their Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, but they are open to consider candidates with more experience.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls and other communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for their customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with client’s products and services

 Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
• Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve it.
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of all interactions with customers
• Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies set by the company

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Good typing skills with high accuracy
• Ability to form clear sentences while speaking on the phone
• Flexibility to work 24x7 based on business needs
• Prior experience in a similar role would be an added advantage
• Proficient in using basic computer applications like MS Office
