Agromech looking for a Civil Engineer with 3 to 5+ years of experience to join their team. You will manage and execute construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data
- Develop designs and blueprints
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with clients and contractors
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Provide progress reports
- Mentor junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience
- PE license preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of environmental regulations
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
