Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of IT consultants.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with IT consultants to understand their career goals and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and clients to gather requirements for open positions and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with candidates, ensuring competitive compensation while aligning with company policies.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and job opportunities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Feedback Communication: Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the IT industry and current market trends is advantageous.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients.
- Sourcing Skills: Ability to utilize various sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates.
