Cinergy Technologies is looking for a skilled and experienced Bench Sales Recruiters with a strong understanding of various skill sets to join their recruitment team. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in IT & bench sales recruitment.

Job Role: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
Job location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Qualification: MBA Graduates / Experience in relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of IT consultants.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with IT consultants to understand their career goals and match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and clients to gather requirements for open positions and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with candidates, ensuring competitive compensation while aligning with company policies.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and job opportunities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Feedback Communication: Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their application status.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the IT industry and current market trends is advantageous.

Skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients.
  • Sourcing Skills: Ability to utilize various sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates.
  • Negotiation Skills: Competence in negotiating rates with candidates while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
