Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates for IT roles.
- Screening Applications: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the company culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes using Microsoft Office tools.
- Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate progress to management.
- On boarding Support: Assist in the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, data management, and presentations.
- MS Word: Ability to create professional documents, reports, and templates.
- MS Excel: Basic skills in data entry, creating spreadsheets, and utilizing formulas for candidate tracking.
- MS PowerPoint: Capable of designing engaging presentations for recruitment updates.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus but not mandatory.
