Vitelglobal Communications Pvt Ltd seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst / Product Owner with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role will serve as a critical link between business needs and IT solutions, focusing on gathering requirements, analyzing data, and ensuring that products meet user expectations. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication abilities.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Defining and ensuring the ticketing process is followed across the development team from a Support standpoint.
- Weekly reporting on the support tickets and the productivity metrics of the resources.
- Analysis of process reports of all the departments.
- Good knowledge on project management tools vis-a-vis MS Office and MS project.
- Experience in Agile is highly desirable.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Directly reporting into the CEO of the Organization
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
