Job Description:
- [24]7.ai Immediate Hiring for International Chat Process.
- The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or email and provide resolution accordingly.
- Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from office.
Job Requirements:
- To Provide support and resolve issues via call, email and other electronic communication.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
