Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as an International Voice Process - Inbound Representative. This role requires at least 6 months of prior experience in handling inbound calls for international clients.

Job Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from international customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Providing excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding the issue, and providing appropriate solutions
- Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the relevant department
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
- Collaborating with team members to achieve targets and maintain high quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process - inbound role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
