What You Will Do
- Find Candidates: Search for job seekers on websites and social media.
- Review Resumes: Look at resumes to find the right candidates for jobs.
- Talk to Clients: Speak with clients to understand what kind of workers they need.
- Help with Offers: Discuss salary and benefits with candidates and help them accept job offers.
- Update Records: Keep candidate information current in our system.
- Learn the Market: Stay informed about trends in the job market.
- Work with the Team: Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals.
What You Need
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or Business is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Good speaking and writing skills.
- People Skills: Friendly and able to connect with others.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and online job sites.
- Eager to Learn: A positive attitude and willingness to grow.
