Sales and Marketing Executive and Managers Responsibilities:
- Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls (commercial space and open plots).
- Handling customer queries over phone and via Emails at various stages of projects.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing follow-up calls.
- Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property.
- Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.
- Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.
- Involving in the weekend campaigns and programs.
- Target Base Work.
