Experience Required: 3-6 years (Strong C2H staffing experience preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Domestic IT Recruiters with strong C2H staffing experience.
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle for C2H positions, ensuring timely and efficient placement.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Domestic IT recruitment.
- Meet recruitment targets and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
