Location: Bangalore, Indore
Salary for Experienced candidate: 17880+2000 incentive+1250 RB
Salary for Fresher Candidate: 16500+2000 incentive+1250 RB
Language Required: English + Regional Languages, Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services.
- Accurately enter customer information, transactions, and interactions into the database or CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Actively participate in training sessions and coaching programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Requirements:
- Additional certifications or coursework in customer service, communication, or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in additional languages may be preferred depending on the target customer base.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
