Role: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Department: Sales and Marketing

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve both personal and company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with all customer interactions and sales progress.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers, and distributors.
  • Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and issues.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote solar products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content for both digital and offline channels.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to boost brand visibility.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy solutions.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to refine strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and provide valuable market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: MBA in Marketing

Experience: 0–1 year in sales (freshers welcome!)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to explain technical solar products to clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
