What You Will Do
- Help keep records of daily financial transactions
- Record and match payments and receipts
- Assist in preparing financial reports every month, quarter, and year
- Support with making invoices, paying vendors, and tracking expenses
- Help organize and file financial documents
- Work with other departments to collect financial information
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and maintaining ledgers
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good with MS Excel; knowing Tally or QuickBooks is a plus
- Careful with numbers and details
- Organized and able to manage time well
- Willing to learn and adapt
